The wife countered her husband’s account, stating that they had been intimate four times. After she became pregnant, they moved in together but later separated after an argument when the husband saw her in a truck with her uncle. She went back to her sister’s place, gave birth to a premature baby, and then stayed with her parents. She later claimed maintenance, and the court ordered them to conduct a DNA test.
