Man Banned From Public Toilets After Getting Busted With 400 Pictures Of Women Relieving Themselves

A United Kingdom-based man Asere Shumba, has been banned from every McDonald’s toilet in the UK after being caught taking disgusting pictures of women in the lavatories. The 27-year-old was jailed for breaching his court order and has had his photograph circulated to restaurant workers so they can easily identify him if he attempts to use their toilets.

Shumba was caught in the act by a staff member at a McDonald’s in Derby on December 28th last year and was subsequently banned from that location as well as the Sinfin branch and former Walkabout bar in the Market Place. However, he was recently caught breaking this ban at a McDonald’s in Surrey, leading to his current sentence.

Shumba’s behaviour was deemed a violation of women’s privacy and a criminal offence, as he had previously hidden in a toilet and taken photographs of a female in the cubicle next door. Upon his arrest, almost 400 upskirt-style photographs were discovered on his mobile phone.

The incidents have left some staff members feeling violated and traumatized, with one woman recalling how Shumba had followed her upstairs, pretended to order food, and then entered the female toilets. The female staff member had alerted the authorities after she found Shumba acting suspiciously in the women’s toilets.

“I recognised him, and he followed me upstairs and made some conversation with me. I thought he was going to sit down and order some food, but instead, I watched as he walked into the female toilets.”

Authorities have made it clear that any further violations of his ban will result in his return to custody.

Jailing him for 20 weeks, Recorder Graham Huston said:

“You now understand that the breaching of that order leads to custody and you have now been remanded for the last eight weeks. “You will then be on a 12-month licence after that and should you be arrested in similar circumstances you can expect to be returned to custody.”
