She was returning from work when the accident occurred, resulting in head injuries that required hospitalization. Dion was admitted to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, where she received medical attention. However, upon her release from the hospital, she faced a new predicament. The company deducted her salary to cover medical expenses and instructed her to sign her termination of contract papers. Dion was shocked by the company's actions, which she described as cruel. She believed the company was looking for a way to terminate her contract, and her accident presented a perfect opportunity. <p style="padding-left: 80px;"><em>"One of my co-workers was behind the wheel when the mishap happened.
