Zhou Family Twins Brutally Murdered by Jealous Husband in South Africa

The Zhou family is mourning the deaths of their beloved twins, who were murdered by one of the sisters’ jealous husband during a marital discord. The shocking murders took place in Beria, South Africa, where the family resided.

Eyewitness Account Reveals Terrifying Details of the Incident

The elder brother of the twin sisters, who witnessed the murder of his sister, narrated how the incident unfolded. According to Farai, Samukelisiwe, one of the twins, was fatally shot by her husband, Justin Mahlaba, from Gokwe, following a heated argument. The dispute escalated during a family meeting intended to resolve the couple’s differences. Tragically, Attalia, the other twin, also fell victim to the gunfire. After killing the twins, Mahlaba attempted to take the lives of Farai and his wife before ultimately turning the gun on himself.

Survivor’s Testimony Exposes the Horrors

The brother went on to explain how the meeting unfolded that day. He stated that the meeting started with a prayer but quickly spiraled into chaos when Samukelisiwe expressed her desire to separate from her abusive husband. The husband then drew his weapon and callously shot his wife in front of her relatives. Subsequently, he targeted Attalia, shooting her as well. Shockingly, he fired a second shot at his wife when he noticed signs of life, and then turned the gun on Farai’s wife. Fortunately, due to a malfunctioning firearm, Farai’s wife managed to escape with her life and sought refuge with a neighbor.

A Devastated Family Seeks Justice and Closure

The Zhou family’s homestead in Ntabazinduna became a somber gathering place where friends and relatives mourned the twins. Thulani, the siblings’ brother, expressed the family’s profound shock and devastation.

“As a family, we are devastated by his actions because my sisters didn’t deserve to die that way,” stated Thulani. “We are at a great loss and for that, the Mahlaba family has to pay something so that we clean this Ngozi.”
