Former Kaizer Chiefs Star Willard Katsande’s Sister Comes to His Defense Against Child Neglect Claims!!

Willard Katsande, the former Kaizer Chiefs football star, has come under fire for allegedly abandoning five of his ten children sired with his former wife Memory Dowerowe. Katsande, who is now a brand ambassador at Sekhukhune United, has been ordered by his current employers not to publicly comment about the allegations. However, his sister, Chiwoniso, has come to his defense, claiming that her brother is a responsible father who loves his children and has been supporting them.

“Willard loves his children. He is a father figure in our family, we all look up to him because he is the person who helped us to become who we are today. I’m talking about someone who made sure that we all board a plane and he always makes sure that we don’t travel by bus,” Chiwoniso told H-Metro. “Such is life, if one is doing well, jealous people will always find a way to disturb progress, his children are all doing their studies at better schools in South Africa.”

Boss Ya Mboka Manager Defends Willard Katsande

Kudakwashe Garufu, one of the managers at Boss Ya Mboka’s clothing label, also defended Katsande, stating that he is someone who is attached to his kids and sees them often.

“I think it’s illogical to accuse someone of neglecting his family without enough proof and it’s really sad because Willard is someone who minds his business,” said Garufu.

Despite the defense from Katsande’s family and friends, the allegations of child abandonment continue to circulate. It remains to be seen whether Katsande will address the issue publicly or take any legal action against her ex wife.
