Husband’s Small House Brutally Attacks Wife After Confrontation
A love triangle turned violent in Eastview Phase 4, Zimbabwe, when a 27-year-old wife, Patience June, confronted her husband’s 18-year-old small house, Acknowledge Macksen. The altercation resulted in Patience losing her lip after Acknowledge sliced it with a knife.
Confrontation Leads to Brutal Attack
The incident occurred on Friday when Patience discovered love messages on her husband’s phone and decided to confront Acknowledge. According to an eyewitness, “The small house drew a knife and attacked Patience. It was a brutal fight, and we had to intervene to separate the two women.”
According to H-Metro, Patience was rushed to the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals, where she underwent surgery to repair the damage to her lip. She also sustained injuries to her left arm and was stabbed in the back and stomach, resulting in heavy bleeding.
Acknowledge was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Acting Harare provincial police spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Webster Dzvova, confirmed the arrest and said,
“Circumstances were that the complainant approached the accused person at her place of residence, accusing her of having an affair with her husband.
“The complainant claimed that she had found some love messages from her in her husband’s cellphone.
“An exchange of words ensued and the accused person was reported to have used a knife to cut the complainant on the mouth, left arm and stabbed the complainant in the back and stomach, resulting in heavy bleeding.
“The complainant was rushed to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals in a critical condition,” said Ass-Insp Dzvova.

Patience has since been discharged from the hospital and is recovering from her injuries with the help of her husband, Wellington. The incident has shocked the community, with many expressing their outrage at the violence that has resulted from infidelity.
A neighbour said, “This is just sad. I can’t believe this is happening in our community. We need to find ways to resolve conflicts without resorting to violence.” Another resident of Eastview Phase 4 echoed the sentiment, saying, “It’s not just about the wife and small house fighting, but the fact that a young woman felt that violence was the only way to resolve the situation. We need to talk about healthy relationships and how to handle conflicts in a non-violent way.”
