Kudakwashe Tagwirei, owner of Sakunda Holdings, has made a remarkable pledge, promising to provide free health care to all Zimbabwean patients at Arundel Hospital.
A Call to All Zimbabweans
This announcement came during a recent Sabbath ceremony where he was delivering a sermon. Tagwirei invited patients from across the nation to seek treatment.
He emphasized that this offer extends to all races, stating, “Ukagwara tsvaga mari yebhazi uuye kuArundel. Tinokurapa mahara. Hatitarisi color yeskin yako, hatitarisi statue yako, hatitarise kuti wabva kupi, tinokurapa mahara.”
Free Treatment for All
Since February, Arundel Hospital has been treating patients daily at no cost. This initiative aims to alleviate the burden of medical expenses for those suffering from various diseases.

A Meaningful Gift for Arundel Hospital
The gesture has not gone unnoticed. On Tagwirei’s birthday, Minister of Youth Tinotenda Machakaire presented a significant gift. He donated a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine to the hospital. This advanced equipment will enhance disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment monitoring.
Machakaire expressed his appreciation, saying, “As a way of appreciating the hard work and commitment to bettering the lives of people by my brother Kudakwashe Tagwirei, I’m pleased to share that I’ll be donating an MRI machine to Arundel Hospital as a birthday present to him.”
