Sir Wicknell Chivayo Engages Lulu Muteke with Diamond Ring Amid “2030 VaMnangagwa Vane Vachipo” Turmoil
Sir Wicknell Chivayo officially engaged his girlfriend, Lulu Muteke, in Mauritius by surprising her with a stunning, pure diamond ring.
A Sudden Shift in Focus
Chivayo shared a video on his page showing Lulu joyfully accepting the ring. However, this romantic moment quickly shifted to political matters.
Political Allegiance to President ED
Chivayo soon expressed his allegiance to the 1st Secretary of ZANU PF, President E.D. Mnangagwa. His engagement coincided with ongoing political turmoil within the party. Analysts have dubbed this turmoil an internal fight between the Geza camp and the Garwe camp.

Factional Struggles Within ZANU
The factional battle began last year when war veteran Blessed Geza sparked controversy during an interview. He articulated the feelings of the war veterans he claimed to represent and expressed strong opposition to President Mnangagwa ruling beyond his term limit.
Rising Tensions and Factional Divisions
After Geza’s interview, he continued to hold press conferences. He condemned the chant “2030 VaMnangagwa Vane Vachipo,” which supports the president’s extended rule. As Geza’s momentum grew, another faction emerged, supporting President Mnangagwa. This faction is led by Minister of Local Government, Honorable Daniel Garwe. Garwe is an advocate for the 2030 agenda.

Chivayo’s Take on Constitutional Amendments
Today, Chivayo weighed in on the debate surrounding constitutional amendments. These amendments would allow the president to rule beyond the required term limit.
He stated, “In my view, a performing President like PRESIDENT E.D must be allowed to COMPLETE his vision for the nation. The WILL OF THE PEOPLE should always be at the core of democracy.”
