PICS: Deadly Crash Claims 2 Lives In Marondera Accident

Marondera was the scene of a tragic accident early this morning, as a Toyota Wish and a T35 truck collided head-on, leaving at least two people feared dead.

According to reports, the two individuals were trapped inside the Toyota Wish, while the injured, including the drivers of both vehicles, were rushed to Marondera Hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries was yet to be established at the time of publishing.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but it appears that one of the vehicles may have swerved into the wrong lane, causing the collision. The impact of the crash was so severe that both vehicles were heavily damaged, with the front of the Toyota Wish crushed beyond recognition.
