Horrifying Abuse at Spiritual Shrine: Dzivarasekwa Woman Violated by Fake Prophet
A 26-year-old woman from Dzivarasekwa has reported being sexually violated by a self-styled fake prophet during a spiritual healing session at a shrine. The police have issued a stern warning to the public, especially women, about the dangers of seeking help from fake prophets and sangomas at secluded locations.
Abuse at the Shrine
According to the police statement, the incident occurred on an unknown date during the first week of May 2024. The woman had visited the prophet’s shrine in Dzivarasekwa 3, seeking spiritual healing, when the alleged sexual abuse took place.

ZRP Issues Warning
“The ZRP warns members of the public, especially women, against consulting self-styled prophets or traditional healers at secluded places for spiritual healing,” the statement read.

Deadly Collision on Mutare Road Leaves Casualties
A devastating collision occurred along the Mutare road at Mutangadura, involving Tenda and Phil & Pats buses. Reports are saying that a significant number of passengers have lost their lives on the spot. Many others have been left injured, with some still trapped under the Tenda bus.

Tragic Aftermath
The images from the scene show the Tenda bus lying on its side, while the Phil & Pats bus has sustained significant damage to the front. The drivers and passengers seated at the front of both vehicles are believed to have suffered critical injuries, if not fatalities.
