Slot Commends Mabaya’s Debut
Meanwhile, in other news, Liverpool’s coach, Arne Slot, praised Isaac Mabaya’s senior debut in the FA Cup. The 19-year-old defender made his first appearance against Plymouth Argyle on Sunday. Mabaya came on as a substitute for the injured Joe Gomez in the 10th minute. He played well until the 58th minute, when he was substituted for striker Darwin Nunez.
