Nyamaropa Father Demands Bride Price for Cheating Daughter

A Nyamaropa father demanded bride price for his cheating daughter after she was caught red-handed by her husband sending noodles to her boyfriend.

Chief Nyamaropa presided over the case, seeking to mediate the dispute. During the proceedings, the chief first asked the father how much he wanted for bride price. The father initially demanded US$1,500. However, Chief Nyamaropa ordered the husband to pay only US$1,000.

Before the court was dismissed, the husband shared his side of the story. He explained how the couple had drifted apart, culminating in the shocking betrayal. “I caught my wife sending nude pictures to her boyfriend,” he revealed.
