Husband Of Murdered Spar Employee Arrested
The husband of a Spar employee Faith Musonza, a 36-year-old woman from Cranborne who was brutally murdered, has been arrested.
Musonza’s husband, Fradreck Chasara, appeared in court last week, facing charges of murdering his wife after her body was found in a nearby drain with her nipples and nails ripped off.
Chasara claims that he waited for his wife all night and was shocked when he was called to identify her body, which had some parts missing. He said he called her multiple times and, when he couldn’t get through, went to the bus stop to find her. However, a neighbor claimed that Chasara had suspected Faith of cheating and had even caught her with a boyfriend in December, bringing them both to the house where he thoroughly bashed them.

“He has remained the key suspect because it is said he caught his wife with a boyfriend kissing around December and he brought them to the house where he thoroughly bashed them.
“The boyfriend was left for dead and rumours are that he could have masterminded the death of his wife over the issue. Some are saying, he allegedly hired some people to kill her.”
However, no evidence has yet been found to support these claims.
The murder has left many in the community feeling uneasy and frightened, with some questioning the safety of women in the area. Musonza’s family and friends have expressed their grief and called for justice to be served. The trial is ongoing, and the community awaits the truth behind this horrific crime.
