Orchestra Mberikwazvo Dancer MaJuice Loses Wife While on Tour in South Africa
Orchestra Mberikwazvo Dancer and Vocalist Selemani “Zaiko Ma Juicy” Mpochi, popularly known as MaJuice, is currently mourning the loss of his beloved wife, Latoya Guveya. The tragic news broke on Thursday, while MaJuice was on tour in South Africa.
The couple had been in Botswana last week before MaJuice left for South Africa to perform with his band in Kempton Park last night and at Baseline in Johannesburg the following night. However, Latoya Guveya was still in Harare when she passed away.
According to sources close to the couple, MaJuice received the heartbreaking news Friday morning and immediately travelled back to Zimbabwe to be with his family during this difficult time.
The cause of Latoya Guveya’s death has not been disclosed, and the family has requested privacy during this time of mourning.
